Xinglong Macerator is competent for dealing with all conditions whether it is applied in the pump system or used alone. The geometrical shape and thickness of cutting components such as blade, cutterhead and cutter group can be designed according to customer requirements and particle sizes. The cutting effects depend on many factors such as the design structure of the cutter and tooth form, running speed, the type of cutter group, etc. 7-piece cutter is the most common type. The relative rotation speed of the two parallel shafts equipped with cutting components decides the cutting effect of media. The high chrome steel can ensure the sharpness of the cutting components and good cutting effect.
