Single screw pump consists of suction, discharge, working part, driving part, universal joint part and seal assembly. The working part is composed of rotating eccentric rotor and stator. The rotor and stator have two contact points in every transverse section. These contact points from two sealing lines are along the working parts, thus comes into one or a few sealing chambers when the rotor rotating. The media entering the sealing chamber remove smoothly from suction end to discharge end along the sealing chamber. During the whole running, the pressure pulsation is very low.It is also known as progressive cavity pump, which is widely used in various fields, such as wastewater treatment, oil field, paper making, chemicals dosing or metering, food industry, etc. Capacity of Xinglong single screw pump is up to 300m3/h and pressure up to 48bar. It can handle liquids of different viscosity and different solids content.
