Xinglong sludge grinders are used to cut up fibesr, particles， hair or other solids by extrusion of cutting plate and cutting blade. Grinders can also separate big size solids, such as metal parts, stones and other hard things to prevent pipeline from being locked and equipment (such as centrifuge and filter press) from being destroyed. Grinders can’t self prime or give pressure to medium, so the medium in the pipeline flow only by external pressure. We have different grinder structures to suit different applications, such as pipeline macerator, channel macerator and double driven macerator, etc.
