The piston pushing centrifuge is a kind of filter centrifuge with continuous operation. Under the condition of high-speed operation, the slurry is continuously fed into the feed pipe and flows to the filter net of the drum along the inner wall of the conical feed hopper. The filtrate passes through the filter screen and is discharged continuously through the filtrate outlet. The filter residue accumulated on the inner surface of the filter screen is pushed out along the inner surface of the drum by the reciprocating piston pusher. The reciprocating movement of the pusher plate is controlled by the hydraulic automatic mechanism. The vane pump sucks the oil from the oil pool through the oil filter into the oil pump. The three screw pump, as the core component, delivers the oil to the left and right sides of the composite oil cylinder at a pressure of 2-3mpa. One side enters the oil, and the other side discharges the oil into the oil pool through the inner cavity of the leather belt pulley.
